Our printing process, like the rest of the workflow chain preceding it, is fully colour managed utilizing our own proprietary profiles each stage of the way.

For colour printing we use the latest technology micro pigments direct to a variety of fine art cotton rag paper substrates. We also offer the more conventional RC papers for those who like the look and feel of traditional C-type prints both in satin or gloss.

For black & white we have a range of processes each with its own unique “flavour”. Our “Elipsis Neutral Tone” is a non-metameric neutral which holds its tone pretty much under all lighting conditions. We also offer selenium, sepia, warm and cool tone prints. For photographers seeking a “platinum-palladium” feel and unsurpassed dynamic range we recommend our dedicated high resolution carbon Piezography Neutral K7 printing system.

We choose, test and stock the best quality fine art papers from leading mills around the world such as Museo, Innova, Hahnemuhle, Arches, Harman (Ilford), all in various finishes ranging from very matt to satin to glossy.. Depending on type these substrates are acid and lignin free, mould made cotton rag containing no or very little optical brighteners.

Our prints are tested independently and conform to the Fine Art Trade Guild blue wool scale for museum standards. More relative information about longevity of pigment printing may also be accessed from the Wilhelm Institute.
